Who we are

DL TECNOLOGIA LTDA. - ME (CNPJ 44.950.578/0001-84), based at Rua Papa João XXIII, 29, Mogi Mirim, SP 13800-380, Brazil, builds and publishes apps for iPhone and Android and runs this website. This policy covers dltech.agency and the apps DL Tecnologia publishes on the App Store and Google Play. Websites and online stores we build for clients are covered by each client’s own privacy policy. For any privacy matter, write to contato@dltech.agency.

This website

The website uses no cookies and has no visitor analytics, advertising or forms. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and, to do so, may process IP addresses and technical information about each request, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Our apps

• Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing and inside the app, stating exactly which data it uses, why, and how to turn each feature off. Where an app has no policy of its own, this one applies.
• What you create in an app stays on your device, unless the app’s policy says otherwise (for example, a copy in your iCloud or Google backup that only you can access).
• Features such as location, motion sensors and notifications are only used with your permission and for the purpose described in the app.
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your card number or payment details.
• We do not sell personal data.

Contact and support

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and use it only to reply. Messages are kept while needed to resolve the request or meet legal obligations, and you can ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can ask to know which of your data we process, correct it, delete it, take it to another service, learn who it is shared with, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to contato@dltech.agency: we reply within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local law, and we will honor them.

Deleting an app deletes the data it kept on your device. Copies in Apple or Google backups follow your account settings with those services.

Children

Our apps are not made for children under 13, unless the app’s store listing says otherwise.

Changes

This page is updated whenever our practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
